A class-action lawsuit has been filed. The allegations are made in a lawsuit filed Monday in federal court in the Southern District of Florida. The allegation is that Ronaldo’s promotion of Binance was ‘misleading and unlawful’. There are claims that Binance’s partnership with high-profile celebrities like Ronaldo led them to expensive and unsafe investments. The lawsuit states, “The evidence now shows that Binance’s fraud was able to reach such heights solely through the offering and selling of non-regulated securities. Some of the most wealthy, powerful, and recognized organizations around the world and With the willing help and support of celebrities (like Ronaldo) it is possible.’
