Bajaj Chetak Premium Electric Scooter Launched, Range 127Km 2024

Bajaj has launched the 2024 Chetak in two variants – Premium and Urban at Rs 1.15 lakh and Rs 1.35 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) respectively. With this recent update, both these scooters can now be equipped with the new optional TecPac package to avail of many additional features. Notably, the all-new premium variant is Rs 15,000 more expensive than the previous model. If you choose the TecPac package, you will have to pay Rs 1.23 lakh for Urban and Rs 1.44 lakh for Premium. 2024 Bajaj Chetak Premium: Battery and performance
The new 3.2kWh battery pack, with an IDC, claimed range of 127 kilometers, is the biggest revision. Charging from 0 to 100 percent now takes 4 hours and 30 minutes due to the increase in battery capacity and increased charging time. This is probably because the new battery has a larger capacity than the previous model’s 2.88kWh unit. Additionally, the maximum speed of the electric scooter has increased from 63 km/h to 73 km/h.

The Bajaj Chetak Premium Electric Scooter comes with an 800W charger, which enables the Chetak to reach a range of 15.6 kilometers in just 30 minutes. The new model also has self-canceling blinkers, control switches for left and right, an electronic handle lock, and a seat opening switch. To make the product more practical, the manufacturer has also expanded the boot space of the Chetak.
