New Delhi, November 1 (P.S.): On the first day of November, a good news has come from the Central Government. Actually,
today i.e. on 1st November, the Finance Ministry has announced the GST of October 2023. Collection figures have been released.
It has been told in these figures that Gross Goods and Services Tax i.e. GST. Collection has increased by 13 percent on annual basis to Rs 1.72 lakh crore. Let us tell you that in October 2022, the government has announced GST of Rs 1.52 lakh crore. Collection was registered.

Highest collection wise after April 2023

The Finance Ministry said that the GST collected in the month of October. This isthe second highest collection till date.

Average GST 11 percent increase in collection

Average gross monthly GST in the financial year 2023-24. Collections now stand at Rs 1.66 lakh crore, which is 11 per cent higher than the year-ago period. There was an increase of 11 percent in the collection.
