Gold Silver Price Today: Gold fell by Rs 230, silver slipped by Rs 400

Gold fell by Rs 230 to Rs 63,970 per 10 grams in the Delhi bullion market on Wednesday amid declines in foreign markets. Gold closed at Rs 64,200 per 10 grams in the last trading session. During this time, silver also fell by Rs 400 to Rs 78,400 per kg, while silver closed at Rs 78,800 per kg in the previous trading session.
In the international market,Gold Silver Price were trading at 2,059 dollars per ounce and 23.60 dollars per ounce, respectively. Saumil Gandhi, Senior Commodity Analyst at HDFC Securities, said that gold prices remained under pressure after strengthening the dollar index and a sharp rise in US Treasury yields. Spot gold on the Comex fell $14 to $2,059 an ounce.
Gandhi said traders may avoid taking aggressive bets ahead of the Federal Open Market Committee’s (FOMC) December meeting details and US jobs data due out on Wednesday, to provide more clarity on the Fed’s monetary policy interest rate outlook. Also Read This:
