The shine of silver also fades


Silver futures prices also started with a decline. The benchmark March contract of silver on MCX opened today with a fall of Rs 130 at Rs 72,457. At the time of writing the news, this contract was trading at a price of Rs 72,282 with a fall of Rs 305. At this time it touched the day’s high at Rs 72,473 and the day’s low at Rs 72,205 per kg. Last year, in the month of December, the futures price of silver reached Rs 78,549 per kg.

Gold silver futures prices slipped after a strong start in the international market


Gold and silver futures prices opened with a rise in the international market. However, later the sentiments became subdued. Gold opened at $ 2,052.60 an ounce on Comex. The previous closing price was $2,049.80.
